These are our terms and conditions, please read them with care as they relate to your use of the website. These terms and conditions will be presented to you during registration and order process. We recommend dry cleaning for all of our fabrics, unless otherwise noted. Regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment is recommended and should be sufficient for maintaining curtains.
No responsibility can be accepted for damage arising from inappropriate cleaning or lack of care.
Please note prices of products are subject to change without notification and some colours may differ slightly from the photographs. We strive to ensure our photographs are as accurate as possible on a correctly calibrated monitor. We understand it isn't always possible to attain an exact colour match in our photographs and as such samples are available upon request.
Should you purchase a product that you wish to return, you may do so subject to the terms laid out below.
Many of our fabrics are treated with various forms and standards of flame retardant treatments. In most cases, we do not have a certificate to prove which treatment or the standard the fabric has been treated with. In cases where we do have the certificates, we will mention it clearly on the product page.
